Make room for attention in the shape of a day.

Western Mindful Living

Write for us

We welcome original pitches that bring a precise, thoughtful perspective to attention, reflection, rituals, boundaries or transitions in ordinary life. Send proposals through the Contact page.

What makes a strong pitch

Propose one clear subject, explain the central idea and say what a reader would understand or consider differently afterward. A good pitch is specific without promising a universal result, and makes its boundaries clear. Practical, historical, comparative and reflective approaches can all fit.

What to send

Include a working title, a short outline, the intended angle and a brief note about relevant experience or interest. Please identify any material commercial connection. Do not send a complete article unless requested.

Editorial fit

We look for original work in a composed, accessible voice, grounded in careful reasoning and concrete examples. We do not take proposals that present mindfulness as a guaranteed solution or offer professional medical advice.

Our point of view

Attention is a way of making room

We look at the details that often pass unnoticed: a pause, a repeated gesture, a choice about where to place attention. Mindfulness here is an everyday practice of noticing, not a promise of perfect calm.
